We are pleased with your interest in attending the Institute of Knowledge Full-Time Seminary, 2024-25 Academic Year, and hope to welcome you to the IOK family. Due to the limited availability of seats, consideration will be awarded to those students who not only prove the ability to achieve academic excellence but also possess a greater zeal and desire to attain Islamic knowledge while being able to maintain a demanding schedule. First day of classes for the new academic year is Tuesday, September 3, 2024.

 

Please enter all initial information into the application form. With regards to the essays, these must be done before proceeding to the next step. With regards to transcripts and referrals, these can be submitted later. Any information you enter into the system is captured and saved so nothing will be lost if you don't complete everything and click submit. To clarify, the steps in admissions are:

1. Enter your basic info into Sycamore campus admissions - make sure to include your phone number!

2. Complete essay questions.

3. IOK Seminary Coordinator will call you to set up admissions interview with the Dean.

4. Email (seminary@instituteofknowledge.com) or upload the remaining documentation prior to the interview. In the case that referrals take longer, those can be emailed later.

5. After interview, you will be notified of result within 5 business days. 

6. If accepted and in need of financial aid, you can complete the TADS financial aid application.

 

NOTE: The admissions process will be conducted on a case-by-case basis. Interviews will begin after Ramadan. Response time to applications will be within 60 days from submission of application, which includes interview.
